The short version: WealthLab is a free educational calculator and planning toolkit. It is not a financial advisor, tax preparer, or law firm, and nothing in the app is personalized financial, tax, or legal advice. Verify anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it.

By using WealthLab ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What WealthLab is

WealthLab is a free, client-side collection of financial calculators, planning tools, a net-worth and expense tracker, and document templates (such as rent receipts and rental agreements), intended for general educational and planning purposes.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing produced by WealthLab — including tax calculations, investment projections, loan comparisons, retirement estimates, or generated legal document templates — constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Tax calculations are simplified approximations of current rules and may not reflect your complete situation, recent law changes, or state/local variations. Document templates (rent receipts, rental agreements) are generic starting points, not reviewed for your specific jurisdiction or circumstances. While reasonable care has been taken in building these calculators, WealthLab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Investment return assumptions are illustrative, not predictions. Your financial data is stored locally on your device — see our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for backing up your own data (via the Export feature) and for the security of any Family Sync passphrase you choose.

6. Live rate data

Currency, gold, and silver rates shown are sourced from third-party public APIs and may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, or inaccurate. Do not use these figures for actual trading or transaction decisions without independent verification.

7. Document templates

Rent receipts and rental agreement templates are standard-format documents intended as a starting point. Indian rental law (registration requirements, stamp duty, mandatory clauses) varies by state. You are responsible for having any generated legal document reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

8. Advertising

This app or its companion mobile app may display advertising to support free access. Ads are served by third-party ad networks and are not endorsements by WealthLab of any advertised product or service.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
