By downloading or playing BombForge: Arena (the "Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Use of the Game
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Game, and do not use cheats, modified versions, bots or tools that interfere with the Game, its server or other players.
Virtual items
Coins, heroes, power-ups and other in-game items are a licence to use virtual content inside the Game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are stored on your device, so they are lost if you reset progress, uninstall the Game or lose the device (a Remove Ads purchase can be restored, see below). We may adjust prices, rewards and balance in the Game at any time.
Purchases
Coin packs and Remove Ads are sold through Google Play at the price shown by Google Play. Coin packs are consumed when bought and are not restored after a reset or reinstall. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes banner ads and ads between levels for as long as the Game is available; ads you choose to watch for rewards remain optional. You can restore it on a device signed in to the same Google account with Shop > Coins > Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies and applicable law; if a purchase is refunded, what it granted may be removed.
Ads
The Game is free and supported by ads. Rewards for watching optional ads are granted only when the ad finishes and need an internet connection.
Coupon codes, friend codes and events
Coupon codes and friend codes give free coins under the limits shown or set by us (for example once per phone, only for new players, daily limits), and can expire or be withdrawn at any time. Event levels and packs may be available for a limited time, and their rewards may be paid only once or stop when the event ends. Codes and rewards obtained by misuse, such as repeated reinstalling or automated tools, may be refused or removed.
Online Arena
Be respectful. Player names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate others or contain personal information. Names with bad words are blocked automatically. Arena rooms, entry fees and prize coins follow the rules shown in the Game; results are decided from the players' own reports, and if a match is interrupted by connection problems the Game may cancel it or refund entry coins. Other players are not our employees, and we are not responsible for their behaviour.
Content packs
New levels, events and challenges may be added, changed or removed without an app update.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature, including online features, at any time. The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
