Four people were found unconscious in a house in Delhi’s Dakshinpuri area. Three of the individuals are dead, while one is being treated. Police have clarified that a call was received at around 11:15 am, the caller said that his brother was not opening the gate. When they reached the spot, they found them unconscious and some Air Conditioning (AC) units and gas cylinders lying there.  Meanwhile, prima facie, no foul play is suspected.

Speaking to reporters, DCP Ankit Chauhan informed that the ages of the individuals found unconscious were between 20 to 25 years and added that they were rushed to the hospital. 

“We received a call at around 11:15 am, the caller said that his brother was not opening the gate. When the police reached the spot, they found four people unconscious and some AC units and gas cylinders lying there. Their age was between 20 to 25. They were rushed to the hospital,” DCP Chauhan said. 

“Three were declared dead, and one is undergoing treatment. Prima facie, no foul play is visible. We are investigating whether it was a gas leak or something else. They were AC mechanics,” the top cop added.

Earlier, ANI had reported, citing Delhi Police, that four bodies were found inside a house in the Dakshinpuri area of ​​Delhi and added that the initial investigation suggested that death was due to suffocation.

Delhi Mother-Son Double Murder Case

According to ANI, the bodies of a woman (42) and her son (14) were found with their throats slit in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi on Wednesday night. Furthermore, as per DCP South East, Hemant Tiwari, a PCR call was received at 9:43 pm on July 2 at the police station, when a man (44) reported that his wife and son were not responding to his calls. 

The door was shut, and there were blood stains at the gate and on the stairs.

After the call, the PCR and investigative officer reached the location where the caller, Kuldeep, informed them about the blood stains on the staircase, and about his wife and son not responding. Meanwhile, the SHO also reached the spot, and the gate was opened forcibly. 

Inside the premises, the dead bodies of the woman and child were found. The victims were identified as Ruchika Sewani and Krish. 

Ruchika used to operate a garment shop along with his husband in the Lajpat Nagar area, and their son Krish was a student of class 10th.

The police then apprehended the main accused of the case, Mukesh, who is a resident of Bihar’s Hajipur. He was apprehended from a train by the Uttar Pradesh police at the Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay station. He used to work as a driver and helper at the garment shop.
