The 37-year-old also expressed her love for the six yards of elegance in her post, writing, “P.S. = Wearing a traditional Baluchari Saree today.” For the day, she wore an elegant green-hued Baluchari saree featuring intricate embroideries of iconic mythological figures and shrines. She teamed her look with a matching blouse and minimal accessories. For makeup, she opted for a glam foundation base alongside a dollop of blush on her cheeks, winged eyeliner and glossy pink lipstick. A side-parted, wavy tresses finished off her look.

In another photo, the actress also highlighted the historical significance of the elegant piece dating back to pre-colonial times. She mentioned, “It takes more than a week to weave one saree with beautiful mythological designs on the ‘anchal’ (pallu) of a saree.”

Thus, the foodie’s delight also included mishti doi and various kinds of sweets in a separate bowl. Atop it, she penned, “Prasad,” followed by a folded hands emoji. Additionally, she mentioned, “My favourite food in the world is home cooked traditional Bengali meals. Nothing can beat the taste of it,” and we simply can’t deny the actress’ opinion.
