Inchworms
Stand tall, then fold forward and walk your hands out into a plank position. Pause briefly, then walk your feet toward your hands and return to standing. This full-body warm-up is especially great for engaging the core and loosening up the hamstrings.
Ground-to-Overhead Plate Raise
Using a weight plate or any available resistance, start from a low position and lift the weight directly overhead in a controlled motion. Lower it back down slowly. This exercise targets the shoulders, arms, and core.
Feet-Elevated Plank Shoulder Taps
Get into a high plank with your feet resting against a wall or raised surface. Keep your core tight and body aligned as you tap your opposite shoulder with one hand at a time. It’s excellent for building core strength and shoulder stability.
Supine Leg Raises with Overhead Arm Reach
